Now, I’m grateful to call Colorado Springs home, surrounded by the mountains and various third-wave coffee shops, every day brings new adventures with my wife and our two lively little girls. Inspired by the beauty of God’s creation, my goal is to use the skills and tools He’s provided to create meaningful and beautiful things with my own two hands.

Every project starts with a discovery call. You’ll book a time that works for you, and we’ll meet over video to talk about your goals, vision, and what you need—whether it’s full production, editing, or something in between.
After our call, we’ll send you a custom proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Once we get to work, the process looks different for every client, but typically moves through various stages of pre-production, production, and post-production, with regular updates to make sure the final product feels exactly right.
When the project is complete, you’ll receive all final deliverables in the formats you need, along with full usage rights.

Do you offer retainers or ongoing video support?
Yes, for clients that need regular video content, we offer regular contractual production and retainer partnerships. Like our standalone productions, this is custom built to fit your vision, scope, and budget.
How long does a video project take?
Most projects take 4–8 weeks, depending on scope, complexity, and deliverables. We’ll build a schedule with clear milestones so you know what’s happening at every stage. Need it sooner? Just ask—we can talk through options.
How much does it cost?
At Woven we take pride in our work and aim to produce videos that exceed expectations at or below market costs. Every project is tailored to the client—we’ll walk through it together and build a proposal that fits your vision and budget.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes! We are based in Colorado Springs, but we’re always up for traveling to wherever your story is happening.
What’s needed from us to get started?
A short discovery call is all it takes to kick things off. We’ll discuss your scope, timeline, and budget. From there, we’ll create a tailored proposal and plan.
Can we give feedback during editing?
Of course. Every project includes 3 rounds of revisions or more, so you can feel confident the final video will reflect your vision. Collaboration is part of the process.
Do you help with messaging or scriptwriting?
Yes—we’re not just camera operators. We work closely with you in the early stages to clarify your message, weave your story, and write scripts aligned with your goals.
Can we get social media versions of the video?
While we don’t specialize in short-form content, we’re happy to include cutdowns, teasers, or vertical formats in your final deliverables, so you can reach your audience wherever they are.
Who will be on set during filming?
It depends on the scope of the shoot. For smaller projects, it may just be one or two crew members. Larger productions may include a director, camera operators, and audio/lighting techs. We’ll keep you in the loop so you know who’s showing up and why.
Can you work with our existing footage or photos?
Yes! If you already have footage, photos, or brand assets, we’re happy to incorporate them into the project—whether it’s for budget efficiency or to tie into past campaigns.
What happens if we need more revisions?
We include 3 rounds of revisions in every project. If you need more beyond that, we’re happy to accommodate at a flat add-on rate per revision. We’ll always communicate clearly before any additional charges.
